CoachIntel provides AI-powered meeting preparation, briefs, and summaries to help coaches operate more efficiently.
Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans, if offered, are billed per the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the service. You retain rights to your content; you grant us a license to process it for providing the service.
Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence unless otherwise required by law.
