• Calendar data (read-only) when you connect Google Calendar to identify meetings and send prep.
• Meeting content you choose to upload or process for summaries and prep.

• Provide and improve summaries, prep, and related coaching tools.
• Send notifications about upcoming meetings and deliver prep.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements.

How We Share Data

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run CoachIntel (cloud hosting, authentication, email) under data protection agreements, or when required by law.

Data Security & Retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-restricted. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us.

Your Choices

• Disconnect Google Calendar at any time in your account settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support.
• Opt out of non-essential communications via email preferences.
