Zoom Integration Guide

What this integration does
CoachIntel connects to Zoom so completed calls can show up as transcripts, session notes, and prep for future check-ins.
How to add the app
- Sign in to CoachIntel.
- Open Onboarding and go to Integrations.
- Click Connect on the Zoom integration card.
- Review the requested Zoom permissions and approve access.
- Return to CoachIntel and confirm Zoom is marked as connected.
How to use the integration
- Host or complete Zoom meetings with cloud recording enabled.
- CoachIntel receives Zoom events and ingests eligible meeting records.
- Transcripts and meeting details show up in your timeline, notes, and prep.
How to remove the integration
- Open your CoachIntel account settings or onboarding integrations screen.
- Disconnect Zoom from the integration controls.
- Optionally remove CoachIntel from the Zoom Marketplace installed apps list.
- Contact support if you also want associated account data deleted.
